Refund policy

At Black Box, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Used or worn products.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing txscale@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
